The 10 Golden CPU Rules

With the Cat Patrol Union just getting started, it's a good idea to outline the 10 Golden Rules that all CPU members should abide by.  As head of the CPU, Local 555, Oscar is at times questioned about his motives for forming such an organization.  He wants to be very clear that by no means are dogs to inflict any ill will or harm to their fellow feline citizens.  The main goal of the CPU is to monitor/patrol for cats ensuring that they do not take over the dog world.

So without further a-mew, here are the 10 coveted Golden Rules

1. Never chase a cat up a tree
2. Never sit on a cat (unless they sit on you first)
3. Never dis the cat or their family members.  (i.e. Your mama has fish-breath)
4. Never make derogatory breed comments of any kind (Calicos, Tabby, Siamese etc....)
5. Never deny a cat food and/or water
6. Never lock a cat in a closet or other confined spaces
7. Never embezzle the cats' toys or treats
8. Never bring up the Cat War of 1817
9. Never make your own "contributions" to their litter box
10. Never get involved with their Cat Nip Drug Cartel

For those members who are dating cats, who are we to judge.  Just be sure they don't take over the dog world; The Core mission of the Cat Patrol Union, Local 555.
